The Future of XR Tech
Northeastern is developing more efficient and accessible XR technologies, providing our communities with the most effective and reliable infrastructure.
Pushing the boundaries of XR technology
In order to make an impact on our world, XR technology must keep up with the proliferation of problems and opportunities. Northeastern’s Institute for the Wireless Internet of Things (WIoT) is working with industry and government partners to develop new communication algorithms, leverage new electromagnetic spectral bands, and develop new communication infrastructures at home and in the office.
